Prepare, process and issue a variety of targeted correspondence to constituencies.Respond to escalated inquiries/problems and/or issues to mediate and resolve concerns by researching and initiating appropriate measures.Actively participate in functionality testing for new releases to CRM applications to identify changes and/or revisions which impact operations and associated processes/procedures.Complete data collection, analysis, reporting, documentation and other duties to ensure accurate and timely processing of development of required reports.Create custom reports as needed/requested by SDA Leadership.Initiate appropriate procedural changes as appropriate.Supervise daily activities of database and CRM maintenance staff to ensure adherence with established quality and quantity standards.Identify and participate in strategies to acquire new Sun Devil Club members.Develop new reports to track engagement and purchasing behaviors.Complete trainings so that SDA is self-sufficient in creating new reports and visualizations.Assist PAC-12 working group to create business intelligence reports with visualization tools.Work with SDA staff to implement recommendations and track business and engagement results using DOMO.Collaborate with internal and external SDA stakeholders to understand their goals and create strategies to bring about measurable results.Expected to be available in a ticketing operations role for all football games and other sports as needed.Ensure reliability and accuracy of ticketing database.Evaluate and resolve ticketing problems authorizes exceptions or deviation from policy such as ticket refunds.Act as primary liaison with Corporate Partnership Department including creating new sponsor account, processing payments, managing ticketing inventory, etc.Act as primary liaison with campus units on Master Data Management, CRM and Business Intelligence.
